Refund & Cancellation Policy

How MathRush subscriptions, coin purchases, legacy lifetime entitlements, cancellations, and Google Play refund requests are handled.

Effective: 20 August 2026Last updated: 20 August 2026App: MathRush for Android

1. Purchases are processed by Google Play

MathRush uses Google Play Billing for eligible digital purchases. Google Play processes payment and provides MathRush with purchase/entitlement information needed to fulfil the transaction. We do not receive your full payment-card number.

2. Recurring subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring MathRush subscription, the price, billing period, trial/introductory offer (if any), and renewal terms shown by Google Play at checkout control the transaction. Unless cancelled, a recurring subscription renews according to those Google Play terms.

You can manage or cancel a Google Play subscription from Google Play’s subscription management. Cancellation generally stops future renewals while access continues through the already-paid period, unless Google Play or applicable law provides a different cancellation/refund outcome.

3. Consumable coin packs

MathRush may sell consumable virtual-coin packs. Coins are virtual app content with no cash value and are governed by the Terms of Use. If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated, the corresponding unconsumed virtual value or related benefit may be removed or adjusted where technically possible and permitted by law.

4. Legacy lifetime entitlement

Some historical MathRush users may have a valid legacy lifetime premium purchase. MathRush attempts to recognize/restore that non-recurring entitlement when Google Play reports it as owned and valid. A “lifetime” entitlement refers to the supported lifetime of the applicable MathRush premium product/service, subject to platform availability, law, security, and these Terms; it does not guarantee perpetual operation of a particular app version or third-party service.

5. Refund requests

Refund eligibility depends on Google Play policy, the type of purchase, timing, account/payment circumstances, applicable law, and the facts of the request. Google Play states that some app, game, in-app purchase, and subscription refund requests may be eligible within 48 hours; after that period, users may be directed to contact the developer for troubleshooting and possible refund handling.

6. Technical purchase problems

If Google Play charged you but MathRush does not show the expected entitlement, first use MathRush’s restore/refresh purchase option where available and confirm that the device is using the Google account that made the purchase. If the issue remains, contact support. We may ask for the Google Play order ID, product/plan, approximate purchase date, and app version so we can investigate.

7. Fraud, duplicate fulfilment and abuse

We may withhold or reverse duplicate/invalid virtual fulfilment when a transaction is cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, duplicated by a technical error, or not verified as purchased. This does not limit any consumer right that applies under local law.
