Terms of Use

Rules and conditions for using MathRush, including cloud progress, rankings, virtual rewards, ads, and purchases.

Effective: 20 August 2026Last updated: 20 August 2026App: MathRush for Android

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using MathRush, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MathRush. If you are using MathRush on behalf of a child or another person for whom you are legally responsible, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that use where applicable.

2. Educational purpose

MathRush provides math-learning, practice, game, progress, adaptive recommendation, and motivational features. It is a learning aid, not an accredited educational institution, examination authority, tutoring contract, or guarantee of any academic result. Question generation, recommendations, mastery indicators, rankings and progress metrics are intended to support practice and may contain errors or be affected by device/network conditions.

3. License to use MathRush

Subject to these Terms, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MathRush for lawful personal learning and entertainment on supported devices. You may not reverse engineer, circumvent security or purchase validation, automate abusive interactions, interfere with service infrastructure, manipulate rankings/rewards, exploit bugs, or use MathRush to harm other users or the service, except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

4. Player profile, cloud recovery and security

MathRush may create or maintain a cloud player/recovery profile without a traditional password login. You are responsible for providing accurate recovery information when you choose to use those features and for protecting access to your device and associated Google Play account. Recovery is provided as a convenience and cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance, including where identifying information is incomplete, conflicting, deleted, or cannot be verified safely.

5. Rankings, player discovery, referrals and gifting

MathRush can display selected profile/progress information to other users through rankings, user search/player discovery, badges, referrals, and gifting. Do not choose a display name, image, or other public-facing content that is unlawful, abusive, impersonating, misleading, or infringes another person’s rights. We may restrict, remove, reset, or refuse public-facing content or game state when reasonably necessary to protect users, integrity, or the service.

6. Virtual coins, XP, rewards and game state

MathRush uses virtual coins, XP, scores, streaks, badges, avatars, missions, challenge rewards and similar virtual game elements. They are licensed features of the service, have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed for money. Transfers are allowed only through MathRush features that explicitly support them, such as approved gifting/referral functionality.

We may correct virtual balances, rankings, progress, rewards or entitlements when a technical error, duplicate transaction, refunded purchase, abuse, fraud, exploit, or data-integrity issue is identified. We will use reasonable care to avoid removing legitimately earned progress.

7. Advertising

The free experience may contain banner, native, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertising. A qualifying premium entitlement removes passive advertising as described in the app. Rewarded ads may remain available as an optional user-initiated way to obtain an in-app benefit. Advertising availability can vary by region, consent state, inventory, age/target-audience treatment, connectivity, or provider policy.

8. Purchases and subscriptions

MathRush uses Google Play Billing for eligible digital purchases. Current offerings may include consumable virtual-coin packs and a recurring premium/ad-removal subscription with available base plans or offers. Historical users may also have legacy subscription or lifetime entitlements that MathRush attempts to restore where valid.

Prices, billing periods, taxes, introductory offers and exact benefits are displayed by Google Play and/or the in-app purchase screen before purchase and may vary by country or account. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the Google Play terms shown at purchase unless you cancel them through Google Play. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Updates and service changes

MathRush may add, change, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features, challenges, rewards, game modes, remote events, compatibility, or service integrations to improve the product, maintain security, comply with law/policy, or operate the service. We will not intentionally use a remote configuration to silently convert a one-time purchase into a recurring charge.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use MathRush to:

11. Suspension or termination

We may limit access to online/social/reward features or take reasonable protective action where we believe there is fraud, abuse, security risk, policy violation, unlawful use, or material breach of these Terms. Where feasible, action will be proportionate to the issue. You can stop using MathRush at any time and may request deletion of MathRush-managed cloud data as described on the Data Deletion page.

12. Third-party services

MathRush depends on third-party services such as Google Play, Firebase, advertising/mediation providers, and notification providers. Their availability, account rules, billing/refund rules and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or actions solely controlled by a third-party platform, although we will make reasonable efforts to keep MathRush functioning safely.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MathRush is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for a particular educational result. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use or inability to use MathRush, loss of virtual progress caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, or third-party platform/service failures. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when MathRush, legal requirements, purchases, or service integrations change. Updated Terms become effective when posted or as otherwise communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
