1. Folixa does not currently create a user login account

You can use the App without registering an email/password account. The App may create technical installation, device and push identifiers to operate online services. This page explains how to remove local content and request deletion of records associated with those identifiers or a support submission.

2. Delete scans, PDFs and other local data

Inside Folixa

• Delete document groups, pages, PDFs, signatures, notes and notification entries using the relevant delete or Trash controls.
• Empty Trash if you want the content removed immediately rather than retained for recovery.

Android app data

1. Open Android Settings.
2. Open Apps → Folixa → Storage & cache.
3. Choose Clear storage / Clear data.

This removes app-private databases, settings and caches from that device. It may not delete files you exported to shared storage.

Exported files

Use Android Files or another file manager to remove exported scans, signatures and PDFs from Documents, Pictures, Downloads or other selected folders. Such files may remain after uninstalling Folixa.

3. Request deletion of online records

Email Request data deletion

Use the subject Folixa Data Deletion Request and include only the information needed to locate your record:

• the email address used in a support submission, if any;
• an approximate date of the support request or app use;
• the Google Play order ID only if the request concerns purchase-support records; and
• a clear statement of what you want deleted.

Do not send your password, PIN, full payment-card number, Aadhaar number, passport copy or unrelated documents.

4. Verification and response

We may ask for limited additional information to prevent unauthorized deletion. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete valid requests within the period required by applicable law. We will confirm when the request is completed or explain any lawful limitation.

5. Information that may be retained

We may retain limited records where necessary for fraud prevention, security, legal claims, accounting, tax, purchase verification, regulatory compliance or to document completion of the request. Data already aggregated or irreversibly de-identified may not be attributable to you. Third-party providers such as Google or OneSignal may require a separate request under their policies.

Deleting App records does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately through Google Play.
